Younger siblings don't necessarily have one, but Miku-nee calls me "Rin-chan" because 'chan' is diminuitive, you usually use it for children or young girls, or sometimes as a sign of affection. Generic all-purpose honorific is -san... -kun is for seniors to use to people of junior status, or a lot of the time it's just used for young boys. "Senpai" is for people who are your senior colleagues in a school, company or club... while "Sensei" is for teachers, or people who have mastered some kind of skill. And if you really, really respect someone, you use "-sama".
