Oh, sure, there's a lot of them. Well, if you have parents, you would just call them "mom" or "dad", so that's not really adding things on to the end. Younger siblings don't necessarily have one, but Miku-nee calls me "Rin-chan" because 'chan' is diminuitive, you usually use it for children or young girls, or sometimes as a sign of affection. Generic all-purpose honorific is -san... -kun is for seniors to use to people of junior status, or a lot of the time it's just used for young boys. "Senpai" is for people who are your senior colleagues in a school, company or club... while "Sensei" is for teachers, or people who have mastered some kind of skill. And if you really, really respect someone, you use "-sama".
